PACKAGE #1

Session rates from $45.00

Our most convenient exercise plan:

  • Flexible session scheduling each week.
  • Choose the number of weeks you want to attend.
  • Session rates start at $45.00 to a maximum of $85.00 per session plus GST depending on location and number of sessions per block.

Each session is 1 hour per person.

PACKAGE #2

$480

Plus GST

Our comprehensive fitness training program:

  • $480.00 plus GST
  • 14 weeks with 8 personal training sessions.
  • Weeks 1 and 2: Supervised training sessions (two 1 hour sessions per week).
  • Weeks 3 and 4: Work out on your own, using the detailed program provided by your trainer.
  • Week 5: One supervised workout with your trainer (1 hour).
  • Weeks 6 and 7: Work out on your own, following the program provided by your trainer.
  • Week 8: One supervised workout with your trainer (1 hour).
  • Weeks 9 and 10: Work out on your own, following the program provided by your trainer.
  • Week 11: One supervised workout with your trainer (1hour).
  • Weeks 12 and 13: Work out on your own, following the program provided by your trainer.
  • Week 14: One supervised workout with your trainer (1 hour).
